Good location. Temple street is just across the road. Lots of food around

The rooms are a little small

Great location, comfy bed. Right around corner from the bus stop for the night bus to the airport - had a really early morning flight. It seemed like my room had been recently refurbished - nice decor! Enjoyed my 1 night stay here.

A bit of noise from the hallway coming into the room. This likely would have bothered me more if I stayed longer

The staff was okay the room was clean.

The hotel was under construction and nobody notified me prior after I complained because all the amenities would not available they sent me a stupid fruit platter like that was going to make up for the money at that had spent on the room and the amenities

Hotel provides excellent security. The elevators have staff monitoring and guests use key card to operate elevator. The location is great. staff is great and helpful.

Room is small. Got skin infection during our stay. Noise from remodeling during daytime.

The hotel is under renovation. Jack hammers were making noise through out the day. One could not hear the TV. Your site did not mention anything about the renovation. This hotel does not deserve to be a three start hotel.

There was construction going on and they were literally jackhammering right above up starting at 9am. Not too restfull

location was convenient. the included local mobile phone was extremely useful. staff was courteous and helpful.

room was small and the decor was in need of a refresh. the tub was leaky and there were other small issues such as power outage (quickly resolved by hotel staff) and elevators not working.

rooms don't even have paitings, bit minimalistic, also room have only small window instead of all room width down to floor - however 100% noise proof

clean and functional room. friendly staff. super convenient location. I left my computer in an elevator and they found it for me. honest staff saved my day!

The overall amenities, hotel quality and location for the price seemed like a good value.

My first stay at The Eaton. Taxi dropped me off on the Nathan Road side. Very confusing. The hotel lobby is on the 4th floor. No signs to advise. I had luggage and there were stairs to negotiate. Should have directed me to the other side of hotel.

Clean and nice room. I was given a slightly larger and remodeled room due to our 16 nights stay. There was some odor inside the bathroom, probably from the shower curtain and no ventilation. Cell phone provided free of charge, even long distance to US.

Not really. Met my expectations. The hotel is closed to many restaurants, expensive and inexpensive, lots of choices. Closed to MTR, less than one block of walking.

Location was great

ROOM COULD USE SOME TLC, TOWEL HANGER WAS ABOUT TO FALL, EVEN THOUGH ROOM WAS ON FLOOR 13 YOU COULD HEAR THE NOISE FROM THE STREET. SOME FURNITURE HAS SEEN BETTER DAYS

The hotel was a quick $10 cab from the cruise port. Facilities clean and comfortable, staff efficient and helpful. Easy walk to night, ladies and jade market. Just 30 minute walk to the lazer show and Star Ferry. Cab to airport just $ 30 and 30 minutes.

This hotel was great. The staff was friendly and professional. There's a decent workout room and pool area, and the rooms were nicer than expected.
